The Monroes have been involved in the live music scene for over 20 years (stop making me feel old) and weve played every kind of event function you can dream of. A stadium in India to the glorious crowds at Claudelands Arena. Then across to somebodys lounge in Papakura - with a cupboard for a dressing room! Weve shared the stage with Billy Gibbons, and then also that enthusiastic guy who plays the spoons out of time. We celebrated the All Blacks win on stage in front of an ecstatic audience, and weve even played at some blokes wedding.. for the second time.

Wow, wow, wow… The little town of Inglewood hosting part of the Americana display… had the Monroe’s to rock it all off and boy did they rock it! The highly entertaining Lead singer whose high energy & amazing voice set the mood to have everyone spellbound and rocking. Their crowd interaction took the entertainment to another level… this Band is top notch entertainment and I want them to come to our little town in Levin… I’m going to get busy behind the scenes!!! 🤩🥰⭐️

We booked The Monroe's for our big New Years Eve Party at the New Plymouth Club. We needed a high energy party band to fill the dance floor for 3 hours, read the room and keep the party pumping. They did NOT disappoint, Nicola and the band are exceptional musicians and interacted so well with everyone on the dance floor. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.... I have seen a LOT of bands over the years and if I had a personal birthday party I would hire them in a heartbeat... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great band! Gave us more than expected from them! You guys were great, everybody kept going on about you after the wedding, about how great you were! The sound was perfect, no bass thrashing the speakers etc. Thanks Brad and Nikky! Great to sing with you aswell, we had the most memorable night, thanks to you guys! Do not hesitate to hire these guys, they will give you a night to remember! Gauranteed!

The wedding went really well so we are very pleased. As for the band The Sound Workshop these guys were fantastic, the quality of music they made was phenomenal, each and everyone of the band put everything into the show and the guests just loved them. We had people from all ages and there was something for everyone who were all up dancing right through to the end what a great experience the band was. They were definitely the difference I was looking for when choosing the entertainment for the wedding, it was more of a show than just another covers band. For anyone looking for a great band we totally recommend them, If you want to see what they are like check their promo videos they are just like it in real life and the sound is amazing, with so many bands all you hear are the drums or a messy mixture, with these guys you hear everything especially the singer who was awesome. We Just loved them.

The Sound Workshop were a high energy band who gave a non-stop, highly entertaining performance. People were dancing even before eating their meals and many said it was the best entertainment that had ever been provided at an awards evening. I would most certainly re-book The Sound Workshop and enjoy another one of their shows.
