The DangerBaby Band can provide a customised line-up to suit your entertainment needs and budget. Starting with the DangerBaby DUO, the band can expand to the DangerBaby TRIO adding a female vocalist (our most popular line-up for weddings)

DangerBaby use top of the line wireless PA & lighting equipment. It is compact, fast to set up and usually does not require any annoying sound checks! More importantly you are hiring experienced, seasoned musicians that will keep your dance floor jam packed all night long.

The band can provide a customized line-up to suit any wedding, private or corporate event. Starting with the DangerBaby Duo, the band can expand to the DangerBaby Trio (our pick for your wedding day entertainment), or we can even add a live drummer and become a 4 piece band.

As a Christchurch Wedding Band:
The Christchurch based Danger Baby wedding band has everything you need. You simply cannot underestimate the importance of booking the right entertainment for your BIG DAY. Nothing beats LIVE music and we want to take the stress away by ensuring that everything runs smoothly, professionally and is packed full of fun.

First dance song request? Danger Baby can learn (within reason) any wedding song requested and perform this for you as your first dance.
Please also ask about our acoustic options should you require some background music before or after your ceremony.

As a Corporate Band:
The Danger Baby corporate band is the perfect set-up for any corporate event. The compact line up of our Christchurch covers band is flexible enough to perform at any sized venue. As previously mentioned we have an extensive repertoire to suit any occasion, age bracket, or themed event. Our experience in the corporate market is the reason we have so many clients coming back to re-book us.

DangerBaby - Whos Who:

Shannon Cooper-Garland (Lead Vocals - Guitars)
Voted Southland Entertainer of the Year in 2009 and was recently awarded the 2016 vocalist of the year at this years Southland Musicians Club Awards. Shannon has had an extensive musical career performing at countless corporate functions, festivals, weddings, tribute bands and international sporting events all around the globe. Shannon joins DangerBaby in 2017 with immediate affect. Her dazzling vocal range and interactive stage presence will keep the crowd going all night.

Duane - (Lead Vocals / Guitars) A local icon and Total Frontman, Duane has a vocal range second to none and is quick to adapt to any genre. His voice is slick, smooth and consistent and delivers with power and volume. Weather its a cool funk groove or a power house rock number, this guys pulls all the stops. Duane provides DangerBaby a masterful display of vocal theatrics and is a joy to listen from start to finish.

John Ayers(Vocals - Guitars - Sequences)
From performing the big stages at Seafest, Hagley Park Nye, Masters Games and multiple wine and food fests around NZ, John has done it all. John brings a powerful edge to the group on electric guitars, backing vocals and sequences. With an ability to replicate other artists sound and style on guitar and sequences, John also brings his own rock attitude and confidence to the show. Weather its a soul tune from the 60s or a rock number from GnR, this guy has got it.
