At Partybands we try to keep things simple so that it's easy for clients to book the right band for their event. Here's how things work once you've found the right band.

Finding your band

You can use the Partybands.co.nz website to find a band that suits your taste, budget and event requirements. We have over 200 great, live cover bands on Partybands, one for every type of person and preference. Once you've found some bands that you're interested in just request an obligation free quote, and they'll get back to you with their fee which you can accept or decline. Payment

To confirm your booking Partybands requires a 25% deposit within seven days of accepting your quote. Once we receive this deposit your band is booked and we'll connect you to the band to sort out details for your gig. The balance is required 42 days before the event.
If you are a corporate or government client we can be flexible with these terms to suit your business.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your event after accepting a quote and booking a band there are cancellation fees. This is only because in nearly all cases the band could have booked another event on the date you have booked, and often they have made travel and accomodation plans for you. Partybands will try our best to help for compassionate reasons (for example, serious illness).

Cancellation Fees are a percentage of the full balance, and are as follows:
